Best neighbor ever! Ms. Laura had a heart of gold, was loved by many and will be missed by all.

Dear Laura’s family Laura was a special lady. She loved taking videos of Karen at the dances you will be missed love ya!

Laura was a very special person. Always smiling and saying something to bring happiness to others. She was an amazing person and we will miss her dearly. Wednesday night basketball will not be the same. Love and prayers for dear daughter Karen.

Having known Mrs. Laura definitely made me a better person. I was honored to have her render my first salute and will forever cherish my memories of her. My condolences to the family.

It was a special day when we finally met Laura and Karen Goodpasture, you see our daughter, Amanda, also has Down Syndrome and is two years younger than Karen. Both of these girls were part of the movement for inclusion in Harford County School System back in the 1980's. We really did not meet them until my daughter and her friends were in their late twenties and their friendships grew. And right away you could see and understand how much love and care there was in Laura's heart for her daughter, and for just about anybody, everybody else Laura ran into. She was good Mom and friend!
