It was a special day when we finally met Laura and Karen Goodpasture, you see our daughter, Amanda, also has Down Syndrome and is two years younger than Karen. Both of these girls were part of the movement for inclusion in Harford County School System back in the 1980's. We really did not meet them until my daughter and her friends were in their late twenties and their friendships grew. And right away you could see and understand how much love and care there was in Laura's heart for her daughter, and for just about anybody, everybody else Laura ran into. She was good Mom and friend! Laura you will be missed, but Karen, your mother will always be right by your side along with your Guardian Angle! God Bless, Amanda, Kris and Tom Zittle's, plus Lola the Dog
