We are deeply sorry for your loss ~ Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home

What sad new's to hear. Charlie was always full of great energy, respect, and humor. His presence would light up a room. Gail again sorry to hear this. Chip Baughman Former Thompson Automotive Service advisor.

Charlie will be missed. We always enjoyed our time living next door to Charlie and Gail in Essex for several years. Charlie was incredibly funny and was great to be around. Prayers for Gail, Kevin and the rest of the family.
