Obituary

Charles Richard Forster passed away at his home in Aberdeen on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. He was 74.

Born in Baltimore City he was the son of the late LeRoy C. and Marie (Manly) Forster.

A US Army Veteran with an amazing sense of humor, Mr. Forster was an engineer for the State of Maryland. He was a member of the Boumi Temple Shriners, the American Legion Bernard L. Tobin Post 128, Mr. Bob’s Daycare Center and he was an amputee mentor at Good Samaritan Hospital.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Gail F. Forster; son Kevin C. Forster and his wife Connie of Rising Sun and his brother, LeRoy Forster, Jr. of Texas. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his son Douglas Forster and his brother George.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date.

Charlie will be missed. We always enjoyed our time living next door to Charlie and Gail in Essex for several years. Charlie was incredibly funny and was great to be around. Prayers for Gail, Kevin and the rest of the family.
