Please accept our deepest condolences on behalf of your dear father, grandfather, greatgrandfather, Tony! He was my tallest cousin, and I always looked up to him, as a kind, thoughtful, and quiet man! He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him! Our thoughts and prayers are with you all!

I am so sorry for the death of Tony and your loss of this caring and sweet man! I worked with Tony for several years at Art Litho. He was such a sweetheart and I very much enjoy him as a person! He would do anything for you. A hugh heart that man had. And always with a smile. So very, very sorry. Have peace Tony... Julie

Mr. Eckstein was a regular customer aboard the Harford County Public Library "Silver Reader" senior outreach van. A man of few words, he was always pleasant and clearly well-liked by his peers. He enjoyed selecting books and music and it was our pleasure to be of service to him during our visits to his apartment complex. With sincere condolences on behalf of my staff and Harford County Public Library, Katherine Clipp Silver Reader Librarian
