Mr. Eckstein was a regular customer aboard the Harford County Public Library "Silver Reader" senior outreach van. A man of few words, he was always pleasant and clearly well-liked by his peers. He enjoyed selecting books and music and it was our pleasure to be of service to him during our visits to his apartment complex. With sincere condolences on behalf of my staff and Harford County Public Library, Katherine Clipp Silver Reader Librarian
