Our condolences go out to Chip's family from Aberdeen Proving Ground, Analytical Branch where Chip also shared his knowledge. We never saw Chip when he wasn't wearing a smile and being quite helpful. May God comfort Chip's entire family with HIS loving arms as only HE can.

I am very sorry to hear of Chip,s passing. I have known Chip from high school and APG. I also knew Claudia in school, we ran in the same circles. Aagain I am very sorry to hear of Chip,s passing.
