As a co-worker of Chip's, I wanted to express my deepest condolences to his family. No matter how he might have been feeling, Chip always had a smile and could make you laugh. He will be greatly missed. God Bless

Our condolences go out to Chip's family from Aberdeen Proving Ground, Analytical Branch where Chip also shared his knowledge. We never saw Chip when he wasn't wearing a smile and being quite helpful. May God comfort Chip's entire family with HIS loving arms as only HE can.

Working with Chip at APG for the last 20 years or so, has been a privilege. Chip always had time to laugh and joke around, but, at the same time, had great respect for his work. He was truly one of the Good Guys, loved and respected, and will be sorely missed. My Sincere Condolences, Jimmy
