Sharon and Patrick, Butch was a dear friend. We shared a lot of good times together both in the army and as civilians. He was so devoted and worked so hard to make things right during his time as a government civilian, constantly facing the bureaucratic red tape of the government. He was truly an inspiration to so many people. The more I got to know him, the more I saw what a big heart he had. I will miss him terribly. Please accept my deepest condolences.
