Joan was such an incredible part of the Women's Traffic and Transportation Club. She was an extreme advocate of our Scholarship Program. She has been missed and will continue to be missed. But, I bet there is a great party happening in heaven. Rest in peace Joan. You take our love with you.

Joan was a Blessing when I was President of Women's Traffic & Transportation Club. She always answered roll call, "Service to the Troops". She was always into mischief at the Conferences. She was a delight and will be missed. Nora Barker
