A lifelong member of Hopewell United Methodist Church in Level, Maryland, Hazel devoted over 40 years as the Church Choir Director. In addition to her leadership in music ministry, she served faithfully in many other roles, including United Methodist Women, Pollyanna, Finance, and more. Her unwavering dedication to her faith and church community was a cornerstone of her life.
