Jo will be missed by all of her TECOM friends. She could keep a whole room laughing for hours with her stories and jokes. May she rest in peace.

I enjoyed the times I visited Jo & Judy at their home and she was a lovely women and a joy to speak to her and she came from the PA like I did in Western PA. I loved her stories about her federal government service and her neighbors.
