Obituary
Erna Spangler died Sunday, February 28 at her home in Street. She was 79.
Born in Bielefeld, Germany she was the daughter of the late Robert & Emilie Mathilde (Nies) Gorschalanczak and wife of the late Donald Spangler.
Mrs. Spangler was retired. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts, dancing and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons, James Spangler of Las Vegas, NV and Samuel Spangler of Havre de Grace; daughters Peggy Kraft of Kearney, MO and Bonnie Sadler of Street; sister, Anne Michalski of Aberdeen, eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her son Ronald Spangler, her sister Hilda Litwin and brother Robert Gorschalanczak.
