Rosie “Rosa” Lee Addair passed away at her home in Aberdeen on Saturday, June 14, 2025. She was 80.


Born in McDowell, WV she was the daughter of the late Floyd J. and Stella Mae (Bishop) Lowery.


She was a homemaker and previously worked at Harford Memorial Hospital and was previously a member of Christ the Good Shepherd.


She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Kenneth E. Addair; children, Kenneth L. Addair of Cecil Co., Loria M. Buchmyer of Aberdeen, Delores A. Sunderland of Catonsville and Sherry L. Taylor of Aberdeen; siblings, Esther Pruitt of Hutchinson, KS, Wayne Lowery of Havre de Grace, Roger Lowery of Perryville, James, Chris and Neal all of McDowell Co., WV, Lonnie of Abingdon, VA and Roy of Marion, VA; 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. In addition to her parent’s she was predeceased by her son, Dennis E. Addair in 2004 and siblings, Crockett, Doris, Gloria Mae and Joe.
