In 1988 Tom roasted me as I left AMSAA, where we worked together, as I left to become a Math Professor at a university in Tennessee. He joked that as a former student of his in 1977 at Aberdeen High School he never thought I'd end up doing anything in Math. He could always make you smile. I will miss him, but treasure my memories.

My wife and I think he was a very fine man, good neighbor and he'll be missed but not forgotten.

Dave and I are former next door neighbors. We cherished our time with Tom, especially when we all worked on the post. Our condolences to Kathy and the family.
