May happy memories carry you through this sorrowful time. Your dad/ompa will always be Sarge to us and we will miss his smile and I (Carol) will miss his greeting, he always called me "pretty lady". He was certainly proud of his family as was Miss Betty, and Nick was a treasure to them both. Their eyes twinkled when they lovingly spoke of him. Our thoughts, prayers and hearts go out to your family. Our families have been friends since the mid 1960's. I always so enjoyed talking with your father and mother each year at our tax office and sometimes catching them at home. I know we will sorely miss them.
