Ella Alice Walker

Ella Alice Walker, daughter of the late Linda May Bond was born on December 26, 1934 in Havre de Grace Md. She departed this life on Thursday May 25, 2017 at Citizens Care Center in Havre de Grace Md. She was 82 years old. Alice was educated in the Harford County School System. She was employed for a number of years at the Holiday Inn in Aberdeen Md. where she worked in the housekeeping dept. Alice was a member of the Mt. Calvary UAME Church where she served as a trustee and a stewardess. She enjoyed Bingo, singing, dancing and word puzzles. She is survived by her sons; Theodore Bond, Darryl Bond, Roy Bond (Drusilla Bond), Charles Bond, and Gary Bond (Tammy Bond) all of Aberdeen, Md. and William Bond (Fredrica Bond) of Georgia, Wayne Parker (Queen Parker) of Edgewood, Md. and Carl Walker of Sykesville, Md.; sisters, Rebecca Lucas of Havre de Grace, Md. and Bertha Watkins of Aberdeen, Md.; 17 Grand Children, Monique Neely, Natasha Bond, Courtney Bond, Shaunda Bond, Tacara Bond, Kimberly Bond, Tasha Bond, Jessie Walton, Shawun Walton Miller, Gary Bond Jr., Trayvon Bond, Carlos Walker, Olivia Johnson, Yolanda Turner, Suzan Black, Cassandra Goodwin, Stephanie Bond, 29 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her daughter, Barbara Giles and her brother, John Bond. A visitation will be held at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home on Friday, June 2 from 7-9pm and again on Saturday, June 3 from 10am-12pm at the Mt Calvary UAME church where a funeral service will begin at 12:00pm.
