I am so sorry for your loss of such a wonderful lady. I loved how bold Ms.Ruth was about her love for her Jesus. She shared that love with all those she came across. Faithful to the end, fought the good fight.Well done Ms. Ruth, well done!

When I first started attending New Covenant Presbyterian Church in September 2001 I was a shy little girl. Mrs. Ruth was my first Sunday School teacher and even as I got older I had always dubbed her my favorite of all my teachers. She was the sweetest, kindest, most God fearing lady I've ever met and if it wasn't for her love and patience I'd probably still be as shy as the first day I walked into Church. She'll always hold a special place in my heart and I will miss her tremendously.

Webster and Anya - I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother. I read about it last evening in the paper, or I would have attended her service. She (and your father) were wonderful neighbors to my Mother when she and I lived on Cooke Street those many years ago. My thoughts are with you both and your families. Donna (Thompson) Kahoe

Isynpathy t Mrs Macomer family. I lived next door to Ruth in Aberdeen for a few years and I thank God. She was so helpful with everything in owning a home for the first time. Glorious person with such a good outlook on life even after Mr Macomer passed. She loved her family and church family. I am sure she will be missed and Aberdeen will miss one of the most solid citizens. God bless youRuth and Rest In Peace.
