Assunta Fary

Assunta Fary, formerly of Aberdeen died Thursday, July 20 at Tannova Healthcare in Cleveland, TN. She was 89. Born in Naples, Italy she was the daughter of the late Francesco and Anna Maria Barone and wife of the late Russell Fary. A social butterfly, Mrs. Fary had worked at the commissary at Aberdeen Proving Ground. She is survived by her children, Russell Fary, III, Joseph Fields, Robert Fary, Paul Fary, Edie Gagnon and Dolly Thompson; five grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 26 from 10-11am where a funeral service will begin at 11:00am. Interment will be in Harford Memorial Gardens.
