Lillian L. Eiler

Lillian Lea Eiler of Aberdeen died Wednesday, August 30 at Harford Memorial Hospital. She was 91. Born in Salisbury, MD she was the daughter of the late Claude Geoghegan and Thelma (Turner) Hunt and wife of the late Francis "Skip" Eiler who passed away in 1992. Mrs. Eiler retired in December 1991 from Citizens Care Center where she worked in the medial records department. A member of the former St. George's Episcopal Church, she was also active with the Harford County Stamp Club and the Eastern Star. She is survived by her daughter, Diana E. Bost of Aberdeen; son, Bruce E. Eiler and wife Melinda of Pilot Mountain, NC; half-sister, Barbara Geoghegan Marshall of Cambridge, MD; grandchildren, Elizabeth Swope, Jeremy Eiler, Joshua Bost, Jodie Eiler, Justin Bost and Bryon Morrison. She is also survived by two great grandchildren, Rob Teter and Levi Leigh. In addition to her parents husband she was predeceased by her son Alan Eiler and sister, June Barnes Hughes. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 6 from 6-9pm at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home, P.A. where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 7 at 11:00am. Interment will be in Harford Memorial Gardens.
