Laura A. Ragan

Laura Ragan age 76 of Aberdeen passed away on August 30, 2017 at Citizens Care & Rehabilitation Center. Born in West Jefferson, NC on September 10, 1940 she was the daughter of Rufus and Lucy Ray. She was retired from Chesapeake Beverage Company. She enjoyed playing bingo, dancing and going to Casinos with friends. Mrs. Ragan is survived by her daughters Deborah Ann Elliott and her husband Arthur of Aberdeen, Brenda Darlene Ragan of Have de Grace. Her brothers Russell D. Ray of Port Deposit, Albert C. Ray of Willow Street, PA. Robert C. Ray of Baltimore, MD. Laura was predeceased by her loving husband of 50 years Robert Ragan. A visitation will be held at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home on Friday, September 8 from 4-6pm, where a memorial service conducted by her nephew, Rev. James A. Reeves, Jr. will begin at 5:00pm.
