Barbara Ann Rupe

Barbara Ann Rupe died at her home in Churchville on Friday, October 6. She was 74. Born in Grayson County, VA she was the daughter of the late Jincy (Sheets) Billings and wife of the late Phillip B. Rupe, who died in 2008. A home maker, Mrs. Rupe is survived by her children; Denise M. Rupe-White of Port Deposit, Sondra N. Rupe of Churchville and Jerry Lambert of Port Deposit; siblings, Roger Sheets and Rita Scharmann both of Bel Air, Betty Smith and Linda Dixon both of Churchville and Carolyn Sue Parker of Abingdon. She is also survived by her five grandchildren. A visitation will be held at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home on Saturday, October 14 from 10-11am. Interment will be in Harford Memorial Gardens.
