Lorraine S. Jackson

Lorraine S. Jackson formerly of Havre de Grace, died Wednesday, April 25 at Brightview Senior Living. She was 90. Born in Maryland she was the daughter of the late Audrey & Ethel (Pearce) Smith and wife of the late Charles Cole Jackson, Jr. Her only child Charles Cole Jackson, III passed away in 2006. Mrs. Jackson was self-employed in the real estate/ appraising business and a devout member of Wesleyan Chapel United Methodist Church. She experienced a very successful real estate career and held many industry trade positions, including President of the Harford County Board of Realtors. She is survived by two nephews, Michael R. Smith of Perry Hall and Jonathan W. Anders of Berlin, and a great-nephew, William A. Anders. Services and interment will be private. Contributions in her memory may be made to Wesleyan Chapel United Methodist Church, 409 N. Paradise Rd., Aberdeen, MD 21001.
