Frances Ann Baxter died on Monday, November 27, 2017 at her home in Aberdeen. She was 68.
Born in Baltimore she was the daughter of the late Roland & Bertha Jacob.
Mrs. Baxter had been a billing clerk for various trucking companies.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Jack L. Baxter and her sister Charlotte Constantino.

I was sorry to see the passing of your wife Frances. I remember you telling Chris and I at Home Depot about the 2 of you driving around Aberdeen in your Chevys.
