James Theodore Dougan, III

James Theodore Dougan, III passed away Friday, December 15 at his home in Aberdeen. He was 54. Born in Havre de Grace, MD he was the son of Ramona (Jianniney) Oldland and the late James T. Dougan, Jr. A very hard worker, Mr. Dougan was a painter working at various places including Phil’s Painting. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding his motorcycle. In addition to his mother he is survived by his daughter, Angel M. Dougan of Aberdeen and his sister Sharon A. Boone of Aberdeen. A visitation will be held on Monday, December 18 at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home from 6-8pm where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 19 at 11:00am. Interment will be in Harford Memorial Gardens. Contributions in his memory may be made to the family in c/o the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home.
