Ingeborg Younker

Ingeborg Younker, formerly of Aberdeen, died Sunday, June 17 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Butler, PA. She was 90. Born in Frankenthal, Germany she was the daughter of the late Jakob & Magdalene Busch and wife of the late Christian Younker who passed in 1999. Mrs. Younker came to Aberdeen in 1965 from Germany had been employed by the Department of the Army (AAFES, Post exchange) as a Lead sales clerk at the Army Airforce Exchange Service for 24 years. She loved working in her garden and watching the bird s and squirrels. She is survived by her son, Frank Younker and wife Dawn of Butler, PA; step grandchildren, Jesse Baric and Jenna Ley and her husband Derek; step great grandchildren, Isabella and Caroline Ley. A visitation will be held on June 26, 2018 from 5pm-8pm at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home where a memorial service will be held on June 27th at 11am.
