James W. Slouck

James W. Slouck, 75, of Elkton, MD, passed away September 8, 2018 at his home following a lengthy illness. Born in Baltimore on July 4, 1943, Jim was the son of the late Edward and Jacqueline Hartlove Slouck. He is survived by his devoted wife of 55 years, Helen Donnelly Slouck; a son, Kevin Slouck of Elkton; a daughter Pamela Maguire and her husband Kenny of Kingsville, MD; a brother Russell Slouck; a sister Ramona Harden-Miller; 4 grandchildren, Kara, Shawne, Timothy and Molly Maguire; 2 great grandchildren, Jordan Diamond and Isabele Beers; and two sisters-in-law, Margaret Donnelly and Sister Arthur Marie Donnelly DC as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at Tarring Cargo Funeral Home, 333 South Parke Street, Aberdeen, MD 21001 on Wednesday September 12, 2018 from 6-8:00 pm with a service Thursday September 13, 11 am at the funeral home, Burial will be in New Cathedral Cemetery in Baltimore. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital or the Shriners Childrens Hospitals.
