Pat taught me the game of golf and asked me to go out with him one day when we were at the beach for a softball tournament in the 90’s. I never looked back and became addicted to the game, playing over 200 times with him over the past 20+ years. He especially loved keeping elaborate and phenomenal statistics of the annual Myrtle Beach golf tournament, and he knew how much I appreciated and loved his “books” of stats. He did tons of work setting up our trip every year and was especially excited about this years vacation he was in the process of planning in recent weeks. Just a couple days before his untimely passing, I was lucky enough to play at Mountain Branch with he and his brother Dave. He was on fire that day and lit the course up. That day he also brought me printouts of a huge 10 bedroom house with pools, jacuzzis and pool tables that he was planning to rent for us. It saddens me deeply to know we’ll never share those trips together again. We will miss you Pat. Golf, poker and billiards will never be the same without you. My prayers are with your family.

To my Brother, words can’t explain how much you meant to me. You were the person I looked up to my whole life. I strived to be a better man because of you, whether it was in sports or friendship. I just want to tell you that I Love You man and there will be a big hole in my heart without you in this world.
