I remember frankie when he lived on Top View Dr.I lived next door to him.He was a few yrs older than me .He was a cool kid. Seemed like he always blazed his own path.He sold me a plastic model car let me pay him a quarter a week.I always thought his name had a cool ring to it.Frankie Blizzard. Hard to believe he passed.my condolences. To his loved ones.
