Katie Elizabeth Webb

Katie Elizabeth Webb, age 100 of Perryville, MD passed away peacefully on May 4, 2020. Born in Virginia, on December 22, 1919 she was the daughter of the late William and Etta Brewster of Cliffield, VA. Her life revolved around her family, and especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a kind and compassionate lady and was well known for the love of the many hand stitched quilts and her southern hospitality. She also enjoyed reading, gardening, cooking and loved her bingo and bible study nights. Katie is survived by her step-son, Norman Blankenship and wife Nancy and grandson Adam Blankenship and wife Amanda and five great grandchildren, Aiden, Aaron, Alec, Kailey and Autumn, as well as her dear friend Ruth Lowe of Havre de Grace, nephew, Ron Proffitt and wife Helen and niece, Juanita Lawson of Abingdon, VA. She was preceded by in death by her husband Frank S. Webb and loving grandson, Randy Blankenship of Perryville, nephew Billy Proffitt and niece Betty Kennedy of Virginia. Interment will be at Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
