Donna L. Brown

Donna Lynn Brown of Aberdeen died at her home on Friday, June 12. She was 54. Born in Havre de Grace, MD she was the daughter of James Tibbs and the late Vera A. Tibbs (who was her rock). She was the wife of the late Robert O. Brown who passed in 2018. A chemical engineer at Solvay in Havre de Grace, she loved being in her garden and loved her grandchildren whom she couldn’t wait to watch grow even more than her flowers she loved so much. After her late husband’s passing her son wanted nothing more than to just be around both parents again for the feeling of family to be complete and a sense of pride letting them see him raise his kids the way she raised him. An avid supporter of the ASCPA, she loved to crab, feeding the birds and Amazon. She is survived by her son William T. Cody of Aberdeen; grandchildren, William and Addison Cody; her sister Lisa Tibbs and her husband Doug Hughes; her niece, Molly Hughes and nephew Douglas Hughes. A celebration of her life will take place at a later date.
