Victoria Ann Ragar died Monday, November 2 at her home in Havre de Grace. She was 64.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Richard C. and Patricia R. (Sullivan) Stone.
Mrs. Ragar had previously worked for Denny’s.
She is survived by her children; David Jones and Mary Jones; brothers, Chris, Corey, Erick, Robert and Ray Stone; her sisters, Kelley Criss, Amy Riggleman and Rose Corcoran and seven grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her son, Austin Jones.

Vicky, I am going to miss your candor and the laughs we had together. Just still in shock that I cannot pick the phone up and talk with you! I know we didn’t see eye to eye on a few things but, thank you for being the sister who looked out for Bobby and I when things got tough for us on Earlton Road. You taught me how to enjoy music(80’s) and are one of the reasons I am the man that I am. Bonnie, the kids and I love you and you will be dearly missed! May God hold you in his loving embrace.
