Obituary
Jay Frank Stevens died Thursday, December 10, 2020 at his home in Aberdeen. He was 83.
Born in Hagerstown, MD he was the son of the late John Fleagle and Rachel Stevens.
Mr. Stevens retired from the Harford County Board of Education as the Chief Custodian. He enjoyed gardening and watching old westerns.
He is survived by his wife Evelyn (Phillips) Stevens.
A visitation will be held at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home on Friday, December 18th from 5pm-7pm.
