Obituary
Noelle Nikole Puffenbarger Branch daughter of Lauren N. Puffenbarger & Devon Branch passed away on Friday, April 23rd at the University of Maryland. She was just four days old.
In addition to her mom & dad she is survived by her MomMom and PopPop, Virginia and Fred Puffenbarger; her GG, Hazel Puffenbarger; uncle, Spenser Puffenbarger and his wife Ming; great uncle, Lloyd Puffenbarger and wife Nicole and several great great aunts, aunts & cousins.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 28 from 10-11am at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Bel Air Memorial Gardens.

Noelle Nikole a beautiful name for a beautiful baby. Wish I had the chance to meet you. The first time I got to see you was on this little screen. You were this little busy body in there. You sure loved your hands that day. Your mom was scared and excited all at the same time. When she seen you moving around you could see love and the tears of joy coming down her face. Noelle I wish you had more time with your mom so you can see how beautiful her soul is. The love that she has to give. Noelle Nikole you will be missed. Lauren we love you girl ❤️. Barbara
