Ruth Clinton Buzzard

Ruth Clinton Buzzard of Aberdeen passed away on Friday, August 6 at Sterling Care Riverside. She was 94. Born in Pittsburgh, PA she was the daughter of the late Horatio H. & Julia (Cargo) Means and wife of the late SGT Lester G. Buzzard, Jr. Mrs. Buzzard retired after many years from Aberdeen Proving Ground, prior to her civil service employment she had worked for Grove Presbyterian Church. Her greatest enjoyment came from spending time with her family. She is survived by her sons, Lester G. Buzzard, III of Aberdeen and Gregory C. Buzzard of Voorhees, NJ and her grandchildren, Michael Buzzard and Lauren Ross. In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her son, Richard Buzzard and her nine siblings. A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 12 from 10am-11am at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home where a funeral service will begin at 11:00am. Interment will be in Grove Presbyterian Cemetery.
