Obituary

Raymond Donald Cregar, 81 passed away on March 26, 2026 at home. He was predeceased by his parents Edgar R. and Norma Cregar, sisters Betty Sheets, Cheryl Cregar and brother Ricky Cregar. He is survived by his brother Daniel Dubree, daughter and son-in-law Tanya and Menelaos (Maggi)  Kouloudis, grandson Nikos Kouloudis as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Mr. Cregar received multiple certificates and awards from his time in the Air Force and in private life. He retired after working many years at APG. He enjoyed genealogy and word puzzles.


The family will receive friends at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home, P.A., 333 South Parke Street, Aberdeen on Wednesday, April 1 from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM and then will process to Harford Memorial Gardens where a graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM which will be conducted by Rev. David Sexton, Jr.

I will always remember my cousin Donnie as a kind gentle man with a keen wit. The world is a better place with people like him. He will be sorely missed but now will be reunited with loved ones. May God bless his soul and may he rest in peace. Walter Hughes.
