Helen F. Reed

Helen Fuenfgeld Reed died Thursday, May 27at her home in Aberdeen. She was 94. Born in Baltimore, MD she was the daughter of the late John A. and Lena L. (Mueller) Fuenfgeld. Mrs. Reed retired from APG once her children were born. She was very involved with the PTA and her church, St. Paul’s Lutheran Church where she was involved with the Sunday School and played the piano. She also volunteered at the John Archer School and enjoyed gardening. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Harry L. Reed, Jr.; children, Harry J. Reed and his wife Karen of Largo, FL and Helen L. Reed and her husband William Saric of Bryan, TX and her grandson, Matthew A. Reed. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 2 from 10-11am at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home where a funeral service will begin at 11:00am. Interment will be in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
