Nicholas Keith Barker, 74, of Aberdeen, MD, passed away June 30, 2021.
Born in Elkton, MD on January 31, 1947, Nicholas was the son of the late Hunter and Elva Barker. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was employed as a lab supervisor at Aberdeen Proving Ground. He was a committed Christian with a deep and abiding faith, and devoted to his family, especially his grandchildren.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his daughters, Karin Hutchinson (Stuart) of Havre de Grace and Nicole McMaster of Cape May Court House, NJ; 4 grandchildren, Julia and Alyssa Hutchinson, and Nathan and Noah McMaster; and a sister Belinda Nelson (Jerry) of Aberdeen.
Services will be held at Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home, P.A., 333 S. Parke St., Aberdeen, MD 21001 on Wednesday July 7, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation one hour prior. Burial with military honors will follow the service at Harford Memorial Gardens.
