Gary Scott Jay

Gary Scott Jay formerly of Aberdeen died Thursday, August 26 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. He was 33. Born in Havre de Grace he was the son of Richard D. Jay and Robin L. Rudd of Abingdon. A warehouse worker for Sephora, Mr. Jay, was a huge raven fan who loved playing his guitar and working on old cars with his father’ In addition to his parents he is survived by his children, Adam Mitchell and Chelsea Mitchell of Hopewell, VA and Gavin Jay of Perryman; and his brothers Richard Rudd of Pasadena, MD and Daniel Jay of Aberdeen. Gary was also survived by numerous aunt's uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews along with countless friends he made along the way. A celebration of his life will held at Blessed hope Baptist Church 1525 Mitchell Lane, Aberdeen, MD on September 11, 2021 at 1 pm.
