Chip was an amazing guy. He was a great mentor and friend from CMS who would always help and who was willing to share his knowledge and guidance. I hope that his family can remember all of the great times they had with him and I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

I will always remember my dear friend as a devoted husband, father, and son (yes, I knew Chip that long). He loved his hometown of Havre De Grace…and anytime I’d meet someone from the town, I’d ask if they knew Chip. It often happened they did because Chip was well known for his athletic abilities. He was the only person I knew who could place his palm flat to the ground—-and he loved to show you too. We worked together for over 20 years and I couldn’t have asked for a better friend, mentor, and work mate…he will always be a legend to me.
