Nancy Crockett Tabb

Nancy Crockett Tabb of Havre de Grace, MD passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022. Born in Baltimore, MD she was the daughter of the late Howard Sutton and Ruth Hughes Crockett and wife of the late Thomas Henry Tabb, Sr. She was an alumni of Girl's Latin School of Baltimore, MD. A homemaker, Mrs. Tabb had many interests. She was a volunteer and advocate for children with disabilities. She loved history and was a member of the Maryland Genealogical Society and the Maryland Historical Society. Mrs. Tabb was formally active with the Tidewater Players in Havre de Grace, MD as an actor and director. She performed in APG Players productions as well as the Phoenix Festival Theater in Bel Air, MD. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Tabb (Ernest) of Havre de Grace, MD and Elizabeth Caldwell and her late husband Randy Caldwell of Perryville, MD; grandchildren, Ryan Caldwell of Perryville, MD and Lauren Caldwell of Richmond, VA. In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by her son, Thomas Henry Tabb, Jr.; and two brothers, James Crockett and William Crockett and two sisters, Sara Crockett and Caroline Service. There will be a private service and interment. In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to the Maryland Historical Society.
