Richard A. "Rick" Duff was born on July 24. 1963 in Havre de Grace and passed away on May 10, 2026 in Bel Air. Rick is survived by his son Adam, mother Harriett, father Charles and his brothers Tony and Steve.
Rick enjoyed playing music and entertaining.
