Our hearts are saddened to hear that Mrs. Neta Foley has passed away. We would like to express our deepest sympathy to the Foley family. Havre de Grace has truly been blessed to have and received all the wonderful contributions made by Mrs. Foley. We have many wonderful memories of Your family and the impact of your Family in our community. Some of my favorites will be the visits to Correri's Fruit Market by your Mom. Neta Foley was always a beautiful Lady . She will be missed 😢 💔 🙏
