Al and I worked together for 25 years at Aberdeen Proving Ground. He was a great mentor to me. He shared a lot of stories with me that helped me in life. We still would meet up for lunch a few times a year after he retired in 2009 until COVID shut down things. Not only was Al my boss he was a father figure and most of all a friend. Rest In Peace Al.
