Mary Agnes Berger

Mary Agnes Berger, formerly of Aberdeen, died Sept. 13 at Charles County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was 95. Born in Washington DC, she was the daughter of the late William F. and Wilhelmina (Vogt) Berger Sr. She was a retired commercial artist for Hutzler's in Baltimore. She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Sodality Club, and Sew and Sew's sewing club. Family said she enjoyed drawing, painting, gardening, sewing, knitting, and crocheting. She is survived by nieces Mary Frances Borrell-Gould, Jo Carroll Buell, and M. Barbara Borrell; nephews James H. Berger and Frederick J. Borrell; great niece Rebecca Voltz; great great nieces and nephews Christopher, Michaila and Katylyn Voltz; sisters Gertrude E. Berger-Borrell and Dorothy W. Berger. Services will be held Septe, 20 at 10:00AM at St. Joan of Arc, officated by Father Samuel Young. Aviewing will be held Sept. 19 from 2-4 and 7-9PM at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home, P.A.
