Beverly Randolph McDonell Mitchell

Beverly McDonell Mitchell of Aberdeen, a retired registered nurse, died October 27th at Frankilin Square Hospital in Rosedale. She was 84 Mrs. Mitchell was born in Grottoes, VA to the late Harry H. and Gladys R.(Randolph) Clarke. She was married to R. Raymond Mitchell for the last 18 years, prior to she was married to the late John P. McDonell who past wasy in 1972. Mrs. Mitchell was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, the Aberdeen Lioness Club, the Sweet Adelines and the Retired Officer's Wives Association. Besides her husband she is survived by a son Rand and wife Mary K. McDonell and a step son Paul D. and wife Carol Mitchell a grandson Christopher and his wife Kristine McDonell and two great grandchildren, Kyle and Camryn McDonell. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on October 29th at 9:00am at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 257 S. Law Street, Aberdeen. Friends may attend the viewing on October 28th from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home, P.A. Interment will be in Hargord Memorial Gardens.
