Dear Donna, Ellen, Donnie and Family: I am so profoundly sorry to hear of your loss. Mr. Ball was so good to me, always cheerful, upbeat and had a remarkable attitude with life. Such a sad occasion to hear about Don passing. He was my childhood neighbor. We saw each other just about everyday and could holler from one house to the other. I haven't seen Don in a long time but my brother, Richard Colley, always keeps in touch. Don & Richard were always 'best friends'. It's very sad to know he's gone but he was a Christian and ready to go so that is good. Our love and prayers for all the family. Pat

Donald, will be missed by the empoylee's at the Churchville Shop of the MD State Hwy Administration. I had only known Donald a short time, but we spent a lot of long nights and days working while trying to keep Marylands highways open during many snow/ice storms,and hurricanes, so people could go about their business and daily rountine. Donald still kept working hard in the shop, even while his health was not the best,and he still gave a 110% of his duties. Rest in Peace Donald,and God Bless You, I know you'll be watching over us during those countless hours, and times of bad weather.

Donald was a neighbor to Nolan as well as a cousin and good friend. I remember him as a young child riding the school bus to Council. It has been many years since I saw him, but his memory from childhood days are still with me. We are so sorry for your loss. May God bless you and your family.
