Tilford Eugene Blackmon

Obituary
On January 27, 2005 Tilford Eugene Blackmon of Edgewood, Maryland passed away in Chicopee, Massachusettes at the age of 33. He was the son of Judith (Taylor) Blackmon and the late Tilford Blackmon. He is survived by a son Tyrone L. Gore of Samara, Georgia and a daughter Jerus Jones of Aberdeen, Maryland. Also surviving are his two brothers Demont Blackmon and his wife Carla of Killeen, Texas and Justin Blackmon and his significant other Nineka Perry of Edgewood, Maryland. His nephews are Demont Blackmon, Jr. and Isayah Blackmon both of Killeen, Texas and a niece Caliesha Blackmon of Killeen, Texas. He also is survived by his maternal grandparents Betty and the late Robert Taylor. Special Aunt and Uncle include Madeline and Albert Tone of Aberdeen, Maryland. Also very special friends who have been so supportive, Lloyd Brown and Tony Webster both of Aberdeen, Maryland and Saundra Lee of Perryman, Maryland.
A viewing will be held Saturday, February 5, 2005 from 10-11 AM at Joppatowne Christian Church, 725 Trimble Road, Joppatowne, Maryland. Following the Viewing will be a Service at 11 AM at the Joppatowne Christian Church, Interment will be held at Berkley Cemetery in Darlington, Maryland.

To the family, So sorry for your loss of Tilford. We went to school together in havre de grace. He was a wonderful person and he would be the one to make you laugh no matter what kind of day you were having. My prayers go out to everyone.

I am very sorry about your loss. I know Tee because him and Ms. Judy lived next to my mother Marlana on Agate Drive. He was always very friendly to all of us and played around with my son whenever he was visiting my mother's house. Again, we are truly sorry for your loss.

Tee, you will be missed. I grew up with you from day one.It seems just like yesterday that we all were hanging out just chillin. You were such a comedian and we all needed good times and a good laugh growing up in the days of Washington Park. I will always remember the good days of growing up together in Washington Park. :)
