R. Lee Mitchell

Lee Mitchell was a conscientious and caring member of the Harford County community. He contributed service of value to the community, and we will miss him. Rich Norling member, Democratic Central Committee

I am related to Mr. Mitchell's mother, Elizabeth Michael Mitchell, and met Lee and Annibel several years ago when they lived in Susquehanna Hills and I worked at Harford Memorial Hospital in the early 90s. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting them and wish I could have gotten to know them better. I grew up in Pleasantville, NJ, knowing that my ancestry was here in Aberdeen and Bel Air. I am married to John Archer Lowe. My brother, Raymond Grant Michael, Jr. lives in Absecon, NJ and corresponded with Lee's mother re: geneology several years ago. My warm condolences to all the family.
