Lawrence Carol Elberson, III of Bel Air, died February 13 at Franklin Square Hospital. He was 26. Mr. Elberson is survived by his mother Barbara Elberson and his father Lawrence C. Elberson, Jr., his fiance Cindy Rueling and his children Justin Rueling and Destiny Elberson and a brother Richard Elberson.
